The Kaweco DIA was originally launched back in the 1930s, and has the unique design feature of knurling on the screw-on cap and barrel.
The Kaweco DIA 2 pencil is 145 mm long and is made of acrylic resin on CNC-precision-machined aluminium. The clip is made of chrome plated brass. It has a twist action to advance automatic increments of lead. The 0.7 mm lead refill is front loaded.
The DIA 2 comes in a high quality box with a leatherette cover.
