The Kaweco story first began in 1883, in a small retail store near the University of Heidelberg, Germany. Since then, Kaweco has had an inseparable connection to students, and in the 1960s you would have been hard-pushed to find a German student who didn't own a Kaweco pen!
The current Kaweco STUDENT series is based on a 1920s design and aims to deliver high quality, classic writing instruments at an attractive price for pupils and students.
The Kaweco STUDENT rollerball pen is made from high-quality injection-moulded acrylic resin. The trim and clip are made of brass. It measures 130 mm closed and 160 mm with the cap posted, and uses a Euro rollerball refill (included).
Kaweco STUDENT pens come in a nostalgic Kaweco gift tin.

About the Kaweco STUDENT 20's Jazz
If you look at the past of the golden twenties, the predominantly brown tones, feather boas, cigarette lace, and pinstriped suits are striking. They represent an exuberant time, which was celebrated musically, mainly with Jazz. The Student Roller Ball 20’s Jazz reflects this joy of life and celebrates a feast of elegance and exuberance guided by your hands.
The roller ball allows effortless writing with an exceptionally soft writing feel. As standard, the Student Roller Ball is supplied with a black 0.7 mm quality refill. Additionally, a black 0.4 mm EURO roller ball refill can be ordered, suitable for more delicate work.
If desired, there are matching accessories for the roller ball, such as cases and refills in the assortment.
